Designated Location (Except outlying islands, remote areas, closed areas etc)
Customers can fill in addresses( including residential or business addresses) . After the product is handed off to the courier, courier staff might contact for detailed arrangements. Identification confirmation and signature might be requested upon arrival for confirmation purposes.

Shipping handling and delivery time
Upon confirmation of your order and payment, we will arrange shipment within one to two working days. The delivery should arrive within two to three working days. Custom can check delivery status with the tracking code after receiving the confirmation email. The estimated handling time frame is not applicable for special occasions including holidays, sales period and presale products.

Terms and conditions

• This online store only accepts JD Logistics or SF Express as delivery service providers. Any extra service charges will not be covered (including service charge for no elevator, and retention charges) .
• Please confirm all the delivery information is accurate (including names, phone numbers, address and remarks). Any loss created from inaccurate delivery data will not be covered.
• Please check the opening hours, address and names of the S.F. Store or SF Locker. For retention time of each location, please check with SF Express. In the event of discrepancy,  SF express official version of the above information shall prevail.
• All orders are shipped by JD Logistics or SF Express. Once the shipment proceeded, any disputes with the courier and loss related to the disputes will not be covered. Including retention overtime, product damage or loss during delivery process and inability to deliver. The customer will handle the disputes with the courier.
